A KVM machine cannot be deployed from the "power" button in Virtual datacenters screen. Log attached.

After debugging the VirtualApplianceCommand#startVirtualAppliance when the call is done, the virtualappliance has no nodes in the Nodes List. The Flex client should then send the VirtualAppliance with the nodes list, maybe it should call the VirtualApplianceCommand#getVirtualApplianceNodes before calling the start in the VirtualDataCenters view

Now client always tries to retrieve VA nodes before sending a power on petition
